The iPhone 5S anticipation is building up around the world, as the expected unveiling event for the device approaches. Apple is expected to show it off on September 10th, and while we don’t know the actual release date yet, rumor has it that it will hit China in November.
CNET points to a report from China’s First Financial Daily (in Chinese) that indicates the iPhone 5S will see a November 28th Chinese release. According to CNET, the date has also been reported by BrightWire News, citing a telecommunications expert.
The main global launch has been rumored to come on September 20th, but this obviously isn’t confirmed. We’ll find out soon enough.
As usual, Apple’s next iPhone device has been the subject of many rumors. Some of them will be proven right, and others will be found false at the company’s September 10th event.
The latest rumors have the device supporting motion tracking, and an A7 chip making it a reported 31% faster than the iPhone 5.
Another longstanding rumor has Apple putting out a less expensive model of its flagship smartphone, which is frequently being called the iPhone 5C. This is expected to come in a broader range of colors, possibly even including a gold color that has graced one of the company’s iPod Mini models in the past.
