Lena Headey, along with John Oliver, has added her name to the list of voice actors who will bring popular BBC cartoon, Danger Mouse, back to life.
BBC kids’ channel, CBBC, revealed the news about Lena Headey at Comic-Con over the weekend.
Lena Headey will lend her voice to the character Jeopardy Mouse, an American agent.
Lena Headey said of the new role, “I wanted to do [Danger Mouse] because it was pure nostalgia for me. I have children now, and it’s just a treat to be involved in something that you loved as a kid and be able to share it. Those moments as an actor that come a long once in while are not to be missed.”
Yep, Lena Headey can now say “children”.
On July 11th, Lena Headey gave birth to her baby girl.
Lena Headey announced the birth via Twitter.

While Lena Headey has yet to reveal the identity of the father of her second child, she definitely doesn’t need anyone’s help getting her daughter’s back.
In May, Lena Headey wrote a post for Plan USA in which she outlined her hopes for her daughter.
Lena Headey wrote, in part, “My daughter will have freedom of choice. She will be free to dance, to sing, to be educated in the fields that spark her passion, to marry if she wants, to marry WHO she wants, to remain single, or to fall in love with another woman.”
She added, “She’ll be able to wear what she wants, put on lipstick, and read books that spark debate and expand her mind.”
