Proving no one is too old to have a healthy sexual attitude, 70-year old Pam Shaw is now looking for a good man to come and rock her world. The kicker? She’s a virgin.

Shaw has been a cabaret dancer for years and was so focused on that, she didn’t have time to marry. Sex out of wedlock just didn’t interest her, and still doesn’t; the lucky man to win her affections will have to propose before hitting the sheets. She says she was engaged once, but broke it off when she realized she didn’t love him. Like most women, she’s looking for a man who loves her unconditionally and can prove he knows a thing or two in the bedroom.

“Now’s the time,” she said. “I’m ready to take the plunge for the right bloke. My standards are still very high, though. I’m hoping to bag a tall, dark and handsome millionaire.”

While Shaw’s story is pretty rare, it’s also sort of nice to hear there are still people out there unwilling to put themselves on the market until they’ve found the right person. It’s an occurrence unheard of in this day and age, but Shaw grew up in a time of more innocence, when women were judged harshly for having sex outside of marriage.

Of course, once news of Shaw’s, uh, condition got around the interwebs it sparked quite a bit of talk.
