According to TMZ, police were called to the 6500 block of Hollywood Blvd. shortly before 1 am Wednesday morning. Apparently, Lohan was attempting to wade through a sea of paparazzi in her Porsche when she scraped the leg of a hookah lounge manager.
Although some eyewitnesses say that the manager was fine, he reportedly went to the hospital and is planning on pressing charges. Of course, if this is the case, the police would need to open up a hit & run investigation – and Miss Lohan is currently on probation.
Absurd, says Lohan on her Twitter account:

Scrape? This is all a complete lie. I’ve been at community service. Last night, I attempted to wish a friend happy birthday, which I didn’t even get to do because I was freaked out by all of the paparazzi. These false accusations are absurd
Twitter has become a popular place for celebs to address the public concerning newsworthy items. Just yesterday, Kim Kardashian used the service to respond to critical remarks made by Mad Men star Jon Hamm.
