Sometimes, when it’s your birthday and you’ve had a few drinks, you start thinking a few wild thoughts. You might seriously consider getting up onstage to perform a rousing rendition of “Tubthumping” at a karaoke bar, or make your move on that hot girl with the Adam’s apple. Or, you might throw on a cape and some Batman undies and run full speed across a baseball field on opening day. Whichever.

Mark Harvey says he just wanted to make people laugh and get the crowd fired up, which he did to great effect, but officials weren’t so amused. He has now been banned for life from Camden Yards after being tackled by security guards and arrested. All charges against him were dropped, however.

“They said all the charges were dropped, which I was surprised,” Harvey said. “I asked them twice, like, are you sure?”

They’re sure, alright, but it will cost you a lifetime of Orioles games. Nice Underoos, though.

He’s not the streaker Baltimore wants, but he is the streaker that Baltimore needs. http://t.co/oi9aWu1I via @HardballTalk(image) 21 hours ago via Tweet Button ·  Reply ·  Retweet ·  Favorite · powered by @socialditto

Wouldn’t be opening day without a batman streaker on the field. #oriolesbaseball(image) 5 days ago via Twitter for iPhone ·  Reply ·  Retweet ·  Favorite · powered by @socialditto

More bad publicity for Batman Inc. as the Batman of Baltimore is banned from Camden Yards for life http://t.co/gJNdrOEo(image) 10 hours ago via web ·  Reply ·  Retweet ·  Favorite · powered by @socialditto
