This new trailer for Assassin’s Creed III shows some actual gameplay, as opposed to the cinematic trailer released a couple of months ago. The game is scheduled for release date of October 30th in the United States. According to the gameplay trailer premiering in the UK on May 10th, it will be available there on October 31st.
It is only fitting that since they lost the Revolutionary War, they should get the game a day late. It’s okay, I’ll tell you how it ends.
Assassins Creed III will follow the new protagonist Connor, a half British, half Mohawk Native American as he fights for every side of the struggle. “On this land, I am torn,” the partially Native American character says. “Part of me wants to fight and repel all outsiders. The other part of me is the outsider.”
“While men of courage write history of this day, the future of our land depends on those who are truly free.”
Ubisoft launched a viral campaign on Tuesday that encouraged fans to fill an “Unlock Meter” by tweeting and posting on the game’s Facebook wall. If they achieved enough likes, they would launch the trailer. Something tells me they would have released it anyway.
I must say, the kill sequences will surely quench your video game blood lust.
