Golf is officially turning into what Happy Gilmore envisioned it to be. After winning the the U.S. Open, pro golfer Webb Simpson did the customary post match interview with Bob Costas. But this one was interrupted by a man in a union jack rooster hat doing bird calls. He was promptly removed by security.

Webb Simpson replied with “Enjoy the jail cell, pal!” as he was being carted off. That’s a little harsh — jail for interrupting an interview in a entertaining way. Although, he did look pretty wasted… Probably spent the night in the drunk tank and is now enjoying his internet fame.

Webb Simpson tweeted about his “new friend” this morning. If they are really friends, do you think he picked him up at county jail? Doubtful.
