Stephen Dunham Dies at 48, “DAG” Actor

If you were a fan of the hit NBC show DAG, I am sure you are aware of who Stephen Dunham was. Dunham played the character of “Edward Pillows” on DAG from 2000-2001. Unfortunately, Stephen Dunham, born as Stephen Dunham Bowers and married to actress Alexondra Lee, passed away this past Friday (September 14th, 2012).

Along with his success on the DAG television series, Dunham played a major role in the 1999 movie The Mummy with Brendan Frasier. In this movie, Dunham performed the role of “Mr. Henderson,” one of the American treasure hunters.

Stephen Dunham also played various supporting roles in other television series, such as:

  • The Chronicle – Louis Phillips
  • Just Shoot Me – Andrew (The Environmentalist)
  • What I Like About You – Peter

Recently, Dunham has played “Dr. Charlie Thorpe” in 2005’s Hot Properties, along with playing “Danny” on The Bill Engvall Show.

Stephen Dunham died on September 14th, 2012, due to a heart attack at the age of 48. Unfortunately, Dunham died on his birthday. Various fans of Dunham have left their respects on Twitter:
