Drew Barrymore is expecting her first child with husband Will Kopelman soon, and she says that although she’s extremely excited to be a mother, she’s not going to slow down when it comes to doing the things she loves.

The actress/producer has always kept a busy schedule, flipping effortlessly back and forth between being onscreen and working hard with her production company, Flower Films. Now that she’s adding “mother” to the list of titles she’s accrued, she seems to be pushing herself harder than ever to do all the things she loves, including making and bottling her own wine label.

“I want to do it all,” she said. “I love film, but I also love wine, food and traveling. I would love to be a travel writer. I’d be so stoked.”

Barrymore Wines launched a Pinot Grigio last year and took home a highly sought-after gold medal in the Le Challenge International du Vin in France, a most prestigious accomplishment even for a veteran vintner. And, she says, she had a hand in every single process.

“We went to Italy, we went to our vineyard, our bottling plants, we tried a lot of different wines,” she says. “I’m very leery of celebrity culture….I wanted to put it out there because wine is about tradition and family. Putting your name on something and having no idea how it came about if someone else did all the work — that’s not me.”
