Drew Barrymore has been adorable for as long as she’s been alive. She’s blonde (most of the time), she’s perky, she talks out of the corner of her mouth in an oddly endearing affectation, she’s perpetually happy. There’s no way her kid won’t inherit some of those traits.

Barrymore gave birth to Olive on September 26th and said she and husband Will Kopelman are feeling very blessed.

“We are proud to announce the birth of our daughter, Olive Barrymore Kopelman, born September 26th, healthy, happy and welcomed by the whole family,” the couple said in a statement. “Thank you for respecting our privacy during this most special time in our lives.”

There haven’t been any official pictures of Olive yet, and considering Drew is pretty private it’s likely there won’t be any for a while. We’ll just have to content ourselves with watching old footage of her mama being cute.
