Ellen Page shot to stardom with a little film that became huge, “Juno”, in 2007. Since then she’s had quite a career, starring opposite Leonardo DiCaprio in “Inception” and becoming inspiration for a major video game endeavor.
With that fame, however, came the scary realization that not all of her fans have the best intentions. One man–Joshua Michael Myers–has been labeled a stalker and was recently given an order by a judge not to have any contact with Page for the next three years. Myers made his intent clear when he took to Twitter to vent about the actress.
“I’m going to murder Ellen Page. She’s dead.”
There were allegedly also threatening tweets concerning her rumored relationship with actor Alexander Skarsgard:
“Ellen Page if you continue to date Alexander [Skarsgard] I will K-1-L-L you in public in then ext year . Be it in a club, in a restaurant, or when you’re signing autographs.”
Page was at the court hearing, which must have been awkward to say the least.
