Brandi Passante of “Storage Wars” has won a small victory over “revenge” porn site Is Anyone Up and its founder, Hunter Moore, after a judge ruled in her favor this week.

Passante sued Moore for $2.5 million in damages after he posted an explicit video on the site and claimed the star was Passante. The judge ordered Moore to take the video down, saying he must “remove any remaining and undisclosed content of video from all websites and restraining Defendant from disseminating the content of the video.” However, Passante won’t be receiving millions anytime soon; the judgement will allow for her legal fees to be paid, but Moore will only have to pay her $750 in damages.

Moore has allegedly taunted Passante over the video, reportedly sending her lawyer an email that included a photo of his penis that said, “Hi Linda, my lawyer wanted me to know if Brandi missed this? please get back to me as soon as possible.”

Passante may not have won the amount she wanted, but the case is an important one for women who have issue with the site, and Passante is being praised for following through with the suit. It’s not likely she’ll move away from being objectified anytime soon, however; as the “sexiest girl on cable”, she’s the subject of much scrutiny on the web.

Passante has had no comment on the lawsuit.
