Sure, Yahoo acquiring Tumblr seems like pretty old news at this point, but the two joined companies are still celebrating. They commemorated the event this morning in New York with Tumblr CEO David Karp ringing the NASDAQ Stock Market opening bell.

Yahoo CEO Marissa Mayer posted a few photos from the event on her personal Tumblr:

Mayer announced the news back in May, with the price at $1.1 billion. Last month, it became official.

Clearly they’re really making this party last. It’s not very surprising, I guess, considering how fired up about the whole thing Karp was from the get go.
