Yahoo is keeping the acquisitions coming at a fast and furious pace, today announcing that they have snatched up eight employees from Beijing-based Ztelic in a “talent acquisition.”

Ztelic is a social data analytics startup that first launched last year. Yahoo is bringing the team over to aid in research and development.

Here’s what the company had to say on its website (Google translated):

“Now is our time to move forward again. Yahoo, the next phase of our development team provides a perfect opportunity. We will join the Yahoo world-class talent team, we look forward to [working] as soon as possible in big data, personalization and mobile experience…”

As The Wall Street Street Journal reports, this is the 19th acquisition for Yahoo since the start of the Marissa Mayer era. She just celebrated her first anniversary as CEO of the company – the announcement was made back on July 16th, 2012.

The most recent acquisition was ad tech startup Admovate, which was announced on Wednesday. Yahoo has made three other acquisitions just in the month of July – Xobni, Qwiki, and Bignoggins.

Of course, Yahoo’s biggest acquisition to date, Tumblr, went official on June 20th.
