Stallone is gearing up for “Expendables 3” and has tweeted his excitement about the cast several times in recent weeks, including one about MMA fighter Ronda Rousey back in June. But a post about former co-star Bruce Willis is getting some attention this week, and for good reason: not only will Willis not be returning to his role for the third installment of the series, Stallone is accusing him of being “greedy”.

Willis has been rumored to be difficult to work with in the past, but it’s rare for a star of Stallone’s caliber to trash-talk a former co-star in such a public way, so many are wondering exactly what the “Die Hard” star did to get under his skin. Stallone tweeted about Willis’ replacement with excitement, saying he’s “been waiting years” for it.

The “Expendables” films have done extremely well at the box office, and Stallone is clearly expecting to have another hit on his hands with the third installment. The upcoming action flick also stars Jackie Chan,Wesley Snipes, Nicolas Cage and Milla Jovovich. No word yet from Willis on the matter.
