Sofia Vergara says she probably won’t have a big wedding because she overdid it with her birthday.

The 40-year old “Modern Family” star has been engaged for a year to fiance Nick Loeb, but she hasn’t even started to make plans for the wedding yet.

“I did such a big party for my 40th birthday, that now either I do something more or I do something even better than that,” she explained. “I can’t do something in the middle or the same. I’m giving myself time. Maybe I’ll just do something really tiny, like my son and my mother and that’s it.”

The couple certainly knows how to party; Loeb was kicked out of a Miami club on New Year’s Eve after a scuffle that left Sofia with a torn dress. Loeb reportedly exchanged heated words with some people at the table next to theirs–rumor had it that one of them spilled their drink on Sofia–and things got physical.

“Nick was pulled away from Sofia and those at the next table by security guards, who dragged him out of the VIP section and threw him out of the club. Sofia followed him,” a source said.
