Pam Oliver, a sideline reporter for Fox, got a nasty surprise yesterday during a pre-game warmup between the Colts and the Giants: a football to the face.
Colt Chandler Harnish made a wonky throw that caught Oliver directly on the side of her face, earning her the title of “toughest person in the stadium” by an announcer. Luckily, Oliver doesn’t appear to be hurt anywhere except her pride, as of course it was caught on camera and immediately upload to the web for all to see in the form of GIFs, Vines, and shareable videos. She did get an apology and a hug from Harnish, who later said he’d be sending her flowers.
Would like to take this time to apologize to Pam Oliver, for the bad pass to the face.. Be expecting flowers in the mail soon! #ToughLady

WHAT. A. FALCON. Watch as a reporter's piece to camera on the sideline of an NFL field is very rudely interrupted | http://t.co/twB3XDvgO4
