The new Nine Inch Nails album, the band’s first new music in five years, doesn’t officially release until September 3rd – but you can listen to the whole album right now on iTunes.

Nine Inch Nails’ new album, Hesitation Marks, is now available to stream for free. It’ll be available in its entirety for a “limited time.” All you have to do to stream it is open up iTunes, head on over to the Nine Inch Nails artist page and you’ll be greeted with a play button to stream the album.

Here’s the first single from the album, which Trent Reznor dropped back in June.

Nine Inch Nails will be touring behind their new album, starting September 28th and the Xcel Energy Center in St. Paul, Minnesota. They’re calling the North American tour “Tension 2013.” They’ve already hit the road, however, playing Chicago’s Lollapalooza festival earlier this month.

Nine Inch Nails isn’t the first band to tease a major release by letting users stream it on iTunes for free for a limited time. Most notably, Daft Punk did it with Random Access Memories back in May. That one streamed on iTunes right up until launch, so I wouldn’t be surprised if Hesitation Marks streams right up to September 3rd.
