It’s been a while since Naughty Dog’s excellent The Last of Us hit store shelves, but it’s not like the game has become any less relevant. In fact, thousands of gamers are hitting up the game’s multiplayer mode everyday and Naughty Dog has a little something for those players.
Last night, Naughty Dog released two updates for The Last of Us. The first is patch 1.05 that adds a number of balance tweaks and other bug fixes to the multiplayer portion of the game. You can check that out below:
The other update is a brand new map pack called Abandoned Territories. It adds four new maps from across post-epidemic America – Bookstore, Suburbs, Bus Depot and Hometown. All four maps open up new strategic play methods in all of the game’s multiplayer modes.
Both the patch and the map pack are available now. The map pack will run you the standard $9.99, or you can purchase the season pass for $19.99 to get this first map pack now and the next two map packs upon their release.
