Gisele Bündchen and her New England Patriots quarterback husband, Tom Brady, have purchased a condo in New York City’s One Madison Park glass tower for $14 million, according to Page Six.

A source recently spoke with Page Six about the sale.

“They went for the model apartment, which is a full-floor private residence with amazing city and river-to-river plus park views.”

The pair’s condominium will be on the 47th floor and contain three bedrooms. Danish designer Thomas Juul-Hansen is responsible for decorating the interior of the unit, which boasts to have an exquisite decor. The master bedroom will include his and hers closets as well as a double vanity in the master bathroom.

Gisele, who was rated the highest earning model of 2013 by Forbes with an income of $42 million, may have chosen the condo for the reportedly amazing scenic views with a supposedly nice shot of Madison Avenue. On the other hand, she may have been coaxed into taking the condo by her husband because he may have liked the beautiful view.

According to another source who spoke with Page Six, “It will allow Tom Brady to look down on Gotham like Batman.”

Gisele has been recognized for seven consecutive years as being a top-earning supermodel. For the most recent list, Gisele even made more than Tom Brady (her $42 million to his $38.3 million).

Thirty-three-year-old Gisele is involved in many projects, which keep her at the top of the high-earning list. She is involved with her cosmetics company, Sejaa, that prides itself on being environmentally-friendly. She also has part ownership in the footwear company, Grendane. Her endorsements are plenty including: Pantene, Oral-B and Sky HDTV. So, she should be able to afford the new property at One Madison Park glass tower.
