With less than two weeks until the launch of the PlayStation 4 in North America, Ubisoft today announced that an Assassin’s Creed IV: Black Flag PlayStation 4 bundle will be offered in Europe. The bundle will be available on November 29, the day the PlayStation 4 launches in the UK.
The new bundle could be seen as a semi-apology by Ubisoft for the delay of Watch Dogs. Watch Dogs was to be a launch title for the PlayStation 4 and Xbox One, but was recently delayed until sometime in spring 2014. That game was one of the first to be bundled with the PlayStation 4 Amazon, and gamers who had ordered the bundle were left confused in the wake of the delay announcement when they were told to pick a different bundle to keep their console pr-order.
In addition to the bundle, Ubisoft this week released a new multiplayer trailer for Black Flag. Though the game was released for current-generation consoles last week, Ubisoft is keeping up its marketing push for the game going into the launch of the next-generation consoles.
The new trailer previews all of the multiplayer modes available in the game, as well as the different abilities that players can assign to their characters. There’s even a bit near the end about the new “Game Lab,” which lets players create their own rules for multiplayer matches:
