Last Thursday, the Bay Area Council held their 68th annual dinner which also serves as the induction ceremony to the Bay Area Business Hall of Fame. At the event, the council inducted Oracle CEO Larry Ellison and the late Steve Jobs.
“Steve Jobs is no longer with us, but his influence as the co-founder and visionary force behind one of the world’s most iconic companies and brands places him among the greatest business leaders and most brilliant thinkers of all time,” Bay Area Council President and CEO Jim Wunderman said.
Apple SVP Eddy Cue was there, and he gave an emotional speech about the late Apple co-founder. He just posted a link to the video on Twitter.
An honor, a privilege and truly from my heart to Steve… http://t.co/lB77m2lEm4

Check it out below. After a nearly 10-minute montage of Jobs’ greatest accomplishments, Cue comes on stage to accept the award on Jobs’ behalf at about the 11-minute mark.
