One of the most legendary sitcom parents to ever grace television is now thinking about recreating a concept he admires the most.

At 76-years-old, Bill Cosby is working on yet another family comedy. If Cosby doesn’t know anything else, there’s one thing he knows for sure: good parenting.

Aside from his renowned presence in the comedy industry, Cosby is also a philanthropist and “…an outspoken social activist who occasionally makes headlines with his sharp criticism of the youth culture among African-Americans.” Cosby’s motives are concentrated on challenging black parents and community leaders to instill positive qualities in the youth.

Cosby has his doctorates in education and advocates for strong parenting. His hit show, “The Cosby Show”, has always displayed this passion.

After an eight-year time-slot of “The Cosby Show”, syndicated reruns on TV Land are still a hit of today. The show has always held so much positive credibility because of the lessons it conveys.

In a report by Yahoo TV, Cosby referred to what the public would like to see next.

“They would like to see a married couple that acts like they love each other, warts and all, children who respect the parenting, and the comedy of people who make mistakes. Warmth and forgiveness. So I hope to get that opportunity, and I will deliver the best of Cosby, and that will be a series, I assume, that we could get enough people week after week after week to tune in to, to come along with us,” he said.

On Thursday Nov. 14, Cosby visited Greater Falls, Mont. for a show. Prior to the show, he was presented with a welcome gift instigated by Great Falls Advertising Federation. Blackfeet Tribal Chief, Earl Old Person, gave Cosby a Pendleton blanket and a symbolic Indian name,  “Brings Laughter”.

Interestingly enough, Cosby will televise his first comedy concert special in 30 years. “Bill Cosby: Far From Finished” will air Nov. 23 on Comedy Central.
