Jimmy Fallon, who is currently the host of Late Night With Jimmy Fallon, will soon be heading over to take Jay Leno’s job as the host of The Tonight Show. Before that though, he will have to the opportunity to host Saturday Night Live again.

Fallon has had a successful career as a host, landing him in a position to take over in a more favorable time slot.

Before beginning his career as a host, he was seen in several comedic films such as Fever Pitch, which launched his romantic relationship with Drew Barrymore.

Saturday Night Live producer Lorne Michaels announced this morning that the comedic host would be hosting the show on December 21st, and he will be joined by his friend, and music sensation, Justin Timberlake.

In addition to Jimmy Fallon, Paul Rudd and John Goodman were announced as guests during the month of December.

Justin Timberlake is a celebrity icon, and while he is the musical guest, he has also hosted the show before, and is likely to do much more than simply sing a song or two. He and Fallon are good friends in real life, which should come out during the show, as they play off of each other very well.

He previously appeared on the show as a host with Andy Samberg as a cast member, and the two worked together on a very popular skit titled “D*** in a box” that later went viral, causing Timberlake to return and do even more with him. The videos all went viral, gaining tons of millions of views on YouTube.

Fallon and Timberlake are also good friends, and fans know that the chemistry is there for them to work well together. Jimmy Fallon recently had Timberlake on his show, and the two of them did a hilarious segment in which they made fun of people who talk in hash tags, which went viral once again.

How do you think they will do on the show together? Will you watch? Comments are welcome.

Jimmy Fallon and Justin Timberlake clearly have chemistry together, and it will be fun for fans of the comedic pair to see them on Saturday Night Live together. In a show like SNL, there is no telling what they will do in order to get laughs, and with Timberlake’s inapppropriate past on the show, things could get interesting. Saturday Night Live is currently in its 39th season, and airs on Saturdays at 11:30 p.m.
