Charles Manson has long been known as a notorious killer and psychopath. He led one of the most gruesome murders in history, when he sent his prominently female followers to kill eight people, including the movie star, Sharron Tate.

In the 1960s, Manson was the leader of a cult known as, The Family. His followers hung on every word Manson had to say, and did anything he told them to do, including murder. Manson, to this day, claims he is innocent of murder because he didn’t actually participate. However, he brainwashed his followers and facilitated each and every murder. Manson was convicted of murder and will be serving the rest of his life in California’s Corcoran State Prison.

Rolling Stone recently conducted a very lengthy interview with Manson, where he discussed his experimentation with bisexuality, the infamous murders, and his new love, Star.

Star, the name given to her by Manson himself, has followed Manson’s story since she was a teenager, and moved just miles from the prison, he is being held in, when she was 19. She claims that they are in love and will, one day, be married. She also says she doesn’t care about what happened in the past…that she loves him anyway.

“I do not give one f— whatsoever about 1969, personally,” Star says. “That bitch was f—— crazy (recalling Susan Atkins, one of Manson’s followers). She was a crazy f—— whore. ‘Oh, Charlie, I did this for you.’ She didn’t know what she was doing. That girl was just a piece of sh–, a whore, and just plain f—— crazy psycho.”

Star has been running multiple websites in hopes of getting Manson released from prison. She recently carved an X in her forehead, as did most of Manson’s followers, to match the swastika he has on his forehead. “Yeah, well, people can think I’m crazy,” she said. “But they don’t know. This is what’s right for me. This is what I was born for.”

Star is convinced that she and Manson will be getting married soon, however Manson doesn’t seem to agree.

“I’ll tell you straight up, Charlie and I are going to get married,” she said. “‘When that will be, we don’t know. But I take it very seriously. Charlie is my husband. Charlie told me to tell you this. We haven’t told anybody about that.”

Manson’s response to his impending marriage? “Oh, that,” he says. “That’s a bunch of garbage. You know that, man. That’s trash. We’re just playing that for public consumption.”

If it’s just public consumption, Star sure doesn’t realize it. She is firm in saying they will be married. She visits him every Saturday and Sunday, and says she hopes one day they will get conjugal visits. “I just want to be alone,” she said. “I don’t want to be always in that visiting room with people staring at me. But that’s the only time I get to see him, in that room, with people staring. It’s hard. But things change, you know. And who knows what could happen?”
