Christmas is just around the corner, and every parent wants to know what gift is the best option to buy their child (children) this year. While nobody knows what is better for a child than a parent, there is one toy that has continually been given media attention; the furry, interactive Furby. Think of a cute animal that children don’t have to clean up after, and that won’t chew up your Christmas socks. The previous generation probably remembers playing with this little creature; however, a newer version is being released.
Furby Boom is the most recent addition released by the Hasbro Company. According to the Hasbro official website, “Furby Boom has more than twice as many responses as the previous Furby, remembers the name you give it, has 5 new personalities to discover and, on top of all that, it’s hatching a new generation!”

The toy sells for $64.99, approximately, and comes in multiple options of fur-colored combinations. This toy also comes with an app. According to the website, “With the app, you can help Furby Boom hatch its eggs, and collect more virtual eggs from friends with a Furby Boom.” In addition, the app includes numerous games for children to enjoy while helping shape the personality of the electronic pet. “The Furby Boom app includes games you can play with Furby Boom and your virtual Furblings. Try your hand at Furball, the Furbish version of soccer!”

However, not everyone is as excited about the return of the previously well-known toy.
putting a pattern on a furby isn't going to make it any less annoying or any better of a toy #worsttoyever
