Musician Phil Collins is at it again. The former drummer of the band Genesis is missing those creative days of making music. Apparently, the musician is wanting to write once more.
The 62-year-old retired musician is missing the glory days. While promoting the expansion of his nonprofit, Little Dreams Foundation, Collins said he wants to get back in the game.
“I’ve decided I kind of missed that writing creative stuff, so I’m trying to get back into writing, and that’s getting into a certain headspace and personal drive,” he said.

So what exactly can we expect from the retired musician?
“I’ve got some lyrical ideas on paper that are good. I’ve started to thrash around at the piano. A lot of it is hit and miss,” Collins said. “All you need is something to hang an idea on and you’re off.”
Collins co-founded Little Dreams Foundation with now x-wife Orianne Collins. The foundation helps young children realize their artistic dreams.
