Lana Del Rey has released her highly-anticipated short film, “Tropico“, and it’s getting good reviews so far.

The “Video Games” singer portrays Eve and a stripper in the film, which is set to her dreamy vocals. “The Body Electric,” “Gods and Monsters” and “Bel Air” are all featured in the video, which shows us Del Rey in the Garden of Eden with her true love before they are thrown out for giving into temptation and find themselves in grimy, present-day L.A. The singer calls it a “biblical story of sin and redemption.”

Del Rey recently announced that there is indeed a second album in the works, despite her fears that she wouldn’t make another after the hugely successful “Born To Die”.

“I feel like everything I wanted to say, I’ve said already,” she said.

It’s taken two years, and although there is no release date set, the album is said to be nearly finished. The 27-year old took most of 2013 to create “Tropico”, which is 27 minutes long and pays tribute to Marilyn Monroe, John Wayne, and Elvis, among others.
