It starts with your goal weight, which Lose It! combines with your profile to determine your daily budget. From there you track your calories through the app from the large verified food database. You can even search by brands or use the bar code scanner to add food to your log.
Whether users want to keep their profile private, connect with friends, or join a public challenge, Lose It! combines health and fitness with ease.
The Lose It! app is free, but if users sign up for a premium account, they can track sleep, blood pressure, body fat, and hydration as well. Lose It! Premium costs $40 per year.
