Bethenny Frankel had a rough year in 2013; although her talk show has been successful, she saw her personal life shredded as she and husband Jason Hoppy filed for divorce and became entangled in a bitter custody battle over their daughter Bryn. But the former “Real Housewife” appears to have found a new love, and is moving on by starting off the new year on a romantic vacation at the Mondrian South Beach Hotel in Miami.

The couple were with a group of friends, says a source, but they were definitely spending one-on-one time together on New Year’s Eve.

“She seemed relaxed with him and having a great time,” the source said. “At the stroke of midnight, they shared a passionate kiss and proceeded to make out in front of everyone.”

No one knows who the mystery man is yet, but Frankel’s rep has confirmed that she is dating again. She may be keeping things under wraps while her split from Hoppy is in the process of being finalized.

Frankel released a statement last year after news spread that she and Hoppy were ending their marriage, saying, “It brings me great sadness to say that Jason and I are separating. This was an extremely difficult decision that as a woman and a mother, I have to accept as the best choice for our family. We have love and respect for one another and will continue to amicably co-parent our daughter who is and will always remain our first priority. This is an immensely painful and heartbreaking time for us.”

However, she later said that the situation was “brutal” as she and her ex fought over custody rights to their daughter and split up their assets. The talk show host, author, and businesswoman opened up about having her life filmed for so many years for reality television and says she doesn’t regret it.

“I don’t regret letting the cameras roll at all,” Frankel said. “I could have skated by. I could have stayed on the show and been like, ‘Oh, everything’s perfect with us. Everything’s great.’ It made me feel dirty for people to think that I had this perfect relationship and this perfect life.”
