The queen of one of rock’s most influential bands joins forces with one of television’s most popular shows to entertain and spook audiences everywhere. That’s right, it’s finally time for Stevie Nicks to make her much-talked about appearance on the third season of American Horror Story: Coven.

It’s true there’s been a lot of buzz about Nicks, but surprisingly the talk has mostly been generated on the show. Lily Rabe’s character Misty Day, a bayou, swamp witch obsessed with the band and the head diva, constantly references how Nicks is the “supreme” witch. Fleetwood Mac’s music plays the soundtrack to almost every scene that Rabe’s character is featured in giving Nick’s eventual arrival even more buildup.

But fans of the show and band have won’t have to wait much longer for the grand appearance of Miss Nicks because the “twirling” front-woman is the guest of honor for tonight’s episode appropriately titled, “The Magical Delights of Stevie Nicks.”

Jessica Lange’s character (Fiona) calls upon Nicks’ in an effort to out Day as the next Supreme.

So what did Nicks’ have to say about her time on the set with some of television’s scariest, most badass, witchy-women?

“I felt like I had entered into the coolest club ever,” she said. ” Everybody was just so supportive of me because they knew that’s not what I do.”

Nicks’ even dished on Lange saying, “she is scary, right? Oh my God. And she’s beautiful. She moves like a cat. And she’s always in beautiful black, not the cheap black–it’s Chanel, all the good stuff. She’s totally stylish. And, uh, let’s not forget, she’s also crazy.”

Nicks’ even went on to discuss her early career and accusations of being a witch.

“In the beginning of my career, the whole idea that some wacky, creepy people were writing, “You’re a witch, you’re a witch!” was so arresting,” she said. And there I am like, “No, I’m not! I just wear black because it makes me look thinner you idiots.” I stopped wearing black for like a year. Then I was just like, “OK, just bring it freaks. I’m not going to wear apricot.”

She then said, “So when all this came along, I was like, “what, really, am I going to turn this down because of all that past nonsense?” I’m way too old and I’ve been through way too much to give up an opportunity like this. I’m fearless. You have to be fearless in life.”
