It seems Taylor Swift’s award acceptance speeches aren’t the only thing that the 24-year-old is animated about these days. Her energetic and sometimes awkward dancing has been catching the attention of fans and cameras alike during award season.
While it’s not uncalled for to dance at concerts, it seems Swift just couldn’t contain herself this Sunday at the Grammy’s. The country sensation took to her feet to dance, throw her hands in the air and applaud fellow-musicians throughout the evening causing quite the scene.
Taylor Swift seemingly channeled the energy of Kendrick Lamar and Imagine Dragons while they performed a wicked mash-up of Lamar’s “M.A.A.A.d City” with Imagine Dragons’ “Radioactive.” Lamar and the band brought the Staples Center down pumping along with the help of enthusiastic audience member Swift.
Swift and pal were even having a ball backstage.
Swift was nominated for best album for Red, but lost out to Daft Punk who scooped the award for Random Access Memories.
And while T-Swift didn’t bring home a Grammy, the star did put on a killer performance of “All Too Well” (rumored to be about ex-Jake Gyllenhaal) that brought everyone including her very proud parents to their feet.
