Netflix has uploaded a series of videos showing you how to work out while you watch Netflix. They’ve enlisted fitness expert Niki Wibrow to demonstrate.
“The great thing about Netflix is that it can fit around you and your lifestyle, so I’ve devised a workout or a few workouts that you can do at home – in the comfort of your own home – while you watch your favorite programs,” she says.
These include different intensities, different lengths ranging from 30 – 50 minutes.
