There’s no doubt that Miley Cyrus is trying to cause a stir, and she does things on purpose to offend parents and to impress her teenage fans all in one shot.

Whether it’s the twerking, which has been around forever although a lot of people think she invented it, or whether its her raunchy photos, it seems there’s nothing the 21 year old won’t do to raise eyebrows, which is now being seen on her Bangerz tour.

For the Vancouver leg of the tour, Cyrus pulled out all of her controversial tricks, including wearing a leotard with her buttocks hanging out, and pretending to give a Bill Clinton like character fellatio during the performance.

The “Wrecking Ball” singer also likes to throw in a weird circus component in many of her performances, so she danced with strangely dressed little people, stuffed animals and all sorts of interesting characters.

Strangely enough, Cyrus said despite some of the raunchiness of her tour, she believes kids will be educated by it.

“Even though parents probably won’t think this, I think my show is educational for kids,” she said.

“[They are] going to be exposed to art most people don’t know about. People are taught to look at things so black and white, especially in small towns. I’m excited to take this tour to places where [art] like this wouldn’t get accepted, where kids wouldn’t learn about this different kind of art.”

In addition, Cyrus encouraged kids to be free and says they shouldn’t seek out approval from those who want them to follow conventional rules. It’s every person’s right to express themselves in the exact way that he or she wants, said the singer.

“I’m not exactly a normal citizen,” she explained. “My profession allows me to run around however I like. Wild outfits or crazy haircuts are not taboo for me. After all, I work in the entertainment business, which I feel is a huge plus. Simply because in the profession I can develop freely with no trouble at all.”

“I’m also completely convinced that every young person has the right to get free of whatever’s restricting them, which is why I encourage everyone to go for self-fulfillment.”
