While Khloé Kardashian and Lamar Odom might’ve recently called it quits, the gorgeous reality star said she’s still hoping for one thing: a baby.

She and mom Kris Jenner talked to Cosmopolitan for their April issue. The duo not only starred in an adorable mother-daughter shoot, Jenner also acted as the interviewer for her daughter.

“You are nicer to each other now,” Khloé said when asked about her mom’s split from Bruce Jenner. “You are nicer to each other now. You get excited to see each other at dinners. It makes me sad that people think Bruce is no longer a part of my life. I talk to him every day! I consider him my second father.”

The 29-year-old also opened up about her desire to have children.

“I love kids,” she told the magazine. “I hope and pray I have kids when the time is right.”

The reality star’s life and split from Odom has been plastered in almost every tabloid, but Kardashian is trying her best to keep a positive outlook on what’s to come.

“I live for the moment. If you think too far in the future, you might get disappointed or set the bar too low. It sucks at times, but everything happens for a reason, no matter how sh**ty your circumstances are. To say where I want to be in 10 years …I have no idea. I just know that I want to be happy and smiling,” she said.

And no matter where she ends up in life, the Kardashian sister knows she can always fall back on her family.

“It depends on what crisis we’re going through, because there are so many of us. Two heads are better than one. Three heads are better than two. Four heads … that’s how we are.”
