61-year-old Roseanne Barr is proof that it is never too late to look your best!

Barr took the opportunity to show off her dramatic weight loss while attending the NBC Universal Summer Press Day in Pasadena, California, on April 8.

She was seen wearing a black top and pants, along with a long necklace and leopard gloves. In true Roseanne fashion, when asked about her new slim figure, she had to “crack” a joke. “Crack!! I’m doing crack,” she laughed. “I’m just doing the things you’re supposed to do … you know, moving more, and eating less.”

Roseanne was taking part on the panel of the Last Comic Standing series, and audience members immediately noticed her transformation. Later that night, after the event, Barr took to Twitter to thank all of her friends and colleagues for their kind words about her weight loss. “”hey, THANK YOU GUYS SO MUCH FOR ALL OF THE NICE WORDS ABOUT MY WEIGHT LOSS! I’m inspired 2 keep going!” Barr tweeted.

Barr has struggled with her weight for most of her life. During her time spent on Roseanne, her television comedy series, she underwent several plastic surgeries including a tummy tuck, breast reduction, and gastric bypass surgery in 1998.

During a Q&A with Web MD, Roseanne admitted that “nips and tucks are OK if people feel they want to do that.” She also revealed that those “nips and tucks” come from being insecure about yourself. “It comes from feeling insecure though … it’s like a walking ad for “insecure.”

Roseanne definitely did not look insecure during the event, and is looking better, and slimmer, than ever!
