During Sunday night’s final episode of OWN’s original series Lindsay , Lindsay Lohan revealed some shocking secrets, including that she recently had a miscarriage.

Lohan was absent from the show for several weeks, and just revealed that the miscarriage was why.

“No one knows this, and we can finish after this. I had a miscarriage for the two weeks that I took off,” she said.

“It’s a very long story,” she continued. “I was sick. And mentally that messes with you. And watching this series, I just know how I felt at that moment, and I can relate to that girl, which sounds kinda crazy. But I’m like, ‘Oh my God, this is really sad, who is helping her?'”

Lohan didn’t say who the unborn baby’s father was, and didn’t give any more details about her pregnancy.

She did, however, address the recent leak of her sexual partners list on Bravo’s Watch What Happens Live, on Thursday. She said that the list was legitimate, and wasn’t meant to be seen by anyone; it was part of her 12 step recovery program.

“That list that came out, that was part of my Betty Ford — it’s step No. 5 or step No. 8 — it’s your sexual inventory, and that was in my Betty Ford book, so that was really personal to my sponsor,” she explained. “You write that for your sponsor. So someone took a photo [of the list], and I’m pretty sure I know who it is, unfortunately, and they’re not a part of my life at all anymore. They might be on the show at some point,” she said.

Lohan described the leak as “unfortunate and disrespectful.” “That’s something sacred to me, that’s something that I trusted with people that were in my life,” Lohan said. “That’s not something I’d show anyone, besides my sponsor, who is also a very well-known person. The fact that that happened was not only humiliating, but just mean.”
