Rob Kardashian has made a lot of headlines over the past week.

First, there was the infamous picture that revealed Rob‘s weight gain over the past couple years. Then, when he fled his sister Kim Kardashian’s highly publicized wedding to Kanye West in Florence, Italy, the media immediately went into a frenzy.

According to IB Times, Kim reportedly complained about Rob’s weight problems and how they would affect the family’s wedding pictures. Now that the big weekend is over, the Keeping Up With the Kardashians star is gradually coming down from all of the emotional ups and downs of the wedding.

Sources close to the 27-year-old reality TV star spoke with the Daily Mail about his whereabouts and actions after leaving the Italy. The inside source claims that he has reached out to his estranged brother-in-law, Lamar Odom for support. As a matter of fact Rob is said to have been in touch with Odom since his sister, Khloe, filed for divorce on December 13.

“Rob really misses Lamar, he was like a big brother to him,” the source told the publication. “Lamar really helped Rob with his problems when it came to wanting to lose weight, and they’ve never lost touch.”

Another source revealed that Rob reportedly left Italy “in tears” before Kim’s wedding because of her insensitive comments. “Khloe’s hurt the most because she wanted her brother to be there, enjoying this special moment with Kim and Kanye and with the entire family,” a source explained to Hollywood Life. “[She] was crying herself — trying to convince Rob to stay.”

A number of media outlets have also reported that Rob is emotionally fragile and not in a good place. “Rob is not in a good place right now at all and his family should be very worried about him,” another inside source told Hollywood Life. “He was embarrassed to go to the wedding in the first place because of his weight gain and to be ridiculed by Kim and basically rejected has put him over the edge.”

Hopefully, the Kardashian clan can mend fences and move past their indifferences.
