Mila Kunis has recently put her 5,000 square-foot home in LA up for sale, apparently as part of her preparations for her soon-to-be-born first child with Ashton Kutcher.

Kunis and Kutcher –former That 70’s Show on-screen couple and now real-life pair– are currently the subject of much talk about Kunis’ pregnancy.  In May, the engaged couple was reported to have bought a family home in Beverly Hills where they could settle down, with Kutcher selling his bachelor pad soon after.

Kunis is now following suit by listing her Mediterranean-inspired house in Hollywood Hills West for sale.

The listing describes her house as having beamed ceilings, dark hardwood floors and an open floor plan. It is said to boast floor-to-ceiling glass doors which open up to a pool with a large patio for parties and with great views of the city. The house has five bedrooms and five bathrooms, plus dining, living and family rooms, a home theater, a breakfast area with a breakfast bar, and an office, all monitored by a state-of-the-art security system.

Her asking price for this newly renovated home is $3.995 million, which will put her in a position to make around $1 million as she bought the place for $2.885 million in 2008.

The couple is constantly seen together in and around LA, with 36-year- old Kutcher visibly protective of Kunis and her growing baby bump.

Kunis has said she is very excited to be engaged to her longtime crush. “My first real kiss ever was with him on the show,” she revealed. “And when That ’70s Show had a prom, my date for the prom turned out to be my fiancé. We can honestly say that we went to prom together.”

Kunis didn’t always think she was the marrying kind. She knew at a young age that she never wanted to get married, and has told her parents so.

“Then things changed – I found the love of my life. Now my theory on weddings is: Don’t invite anyone. Do it privately and secretly. My parents are okay with that. They’re just excited that I said yes.”

The couple are reportedly prepping for their walk down the aisle in July next year.
