Halle Berry is gorgeous! That’s one thing all of her fans can probably agree on!

Now, one of her former co-stars is sharing what he truly thinks of the stunning beauty! Billy Bob Thornton has nothing but great things to say about the 48-year-old actress.

During a recent interview with the Huffington Post, he even shared a few details about their iconic sex scene in the 2001 Academy Award-winning film Monster’s Ball. He revealed the steamy sex scene “felt so real.”

“It felt so real when we were doing it that [we felt] the heaviness surrounding the circumstances in the story,” Thornton recalled. “I think maybe that’s why it comes across so well on screen, because it was two desperate human beings in this moment alone, and we kind of were alone.”

Thornton obviously isn’t the only one who felt the intensity of their stellar performance. Over the years, the infamous scene has become a fan favorite and has been shared on several media sites by users all around the world, reports the Times of India.

The 59-year-old actor also admitted that even though he felt “pretty exposed” while filming the scene, there was some level of excitement about working with one of the most gorgeous women in Hollywood.

For those who haven’t seen the romantic-drama film, the story centers around a poor Southern woman (Berry) who loses her son and her former lover. She ultimately falls in love with a Louisiana State Penitentiary prison guard portrayed by Thornton. Their onscreen chemistry was quite fascinating. Thornton also praised Berry for her role in the film.

“When I was growing up, I obviously didn’t know who Halle Berry was, but if I had known I would have made sure it happened. I would have written ‘Monster’s Ball’ myself immediately,” he said.
