Rapper Theophilus London was one of about 20 lucky people who attended Kanye West’s listening party last night in Paris. West played his new album three times for the low-key gathering.

Kanye, wife Kim Kardashian, and baby North were all in Paris this week for the city’s renowned fashion week. West also owns a home in The City of Light.

Fans have been awaiting the release of West’s new album after the critical and commercial success of his previous LP Yeezus, which was released last June. West has hinted that the new album would be available this fall, however, the rapper has not officially publicized a release date. No information regarding any of the actual music on the album has been released either, with the exception of an unfinished cut of the track All Day, which was leaked on the internet.

London posted a picture of himself standing with West on his personal Instagram account. He wrote in the caption, “So shortly after this picture I Only remember kanye playing his new album 3 times in a dark room of 20 people last night and moshing drunk with mad babes haha. VIBES ALBUM RELEASE PARTY LATER TODAY. Same place same vibe courtesy of @virgilabloh”

London also took to Twitter to state that he’s actually on the album.

The album was originally supposed to drop over the summer, but West has had a busy year getting married and having a baby. West told GQ Magazine in July, “I was thinking [the record] could somehow come out in June, like Yeezus, and just kill it for the summer. But then I’m like, I have to work on Adidas and be with my child.”

“For the new album, one new thing could change everything,” he added. “I had an idea of the way I wanted to do the album. And then I got a new song that’s so good that the album has to be balanced against it. This song is a song that can be in the club like ‘Don’t Like’ or ‘N—as in Paris.’ Whereas before I was working on the album and I had these beautiful songs, they were just more songs. They weren’t saying, ‘Okay, tuck your whole summer in.’ They were just saying, ‘Hey, I’m a great musician, I make these beautiful songs, and they have all this meaning, and nobody can make anything that means this much.”
