Kristin Cavallari, former star of Laguna Beach and The Hills, recently opened up about motherhood and how her youngest child suffers from colic.
Six-month-old Jax Wyatt has been struggling with baby colic, making adjusting to having another child a bit harder on Kristin and her husband, Chicago Bears quarterback Jay Cutler.
“They always say the second one is harder and that’s very true,” she told the Daily Mail. “I was very colicky as a baby, so I guess Jax is a lot like me. Jax is a little bit more difficult. But he is still the sweetest and the best. So, it’s fine.”
WebMD describes baby colic as a “term applies to any healthy, well-fed infant who cries more than 3 hours a day, more than 3 days a week, for more than 3 weeks.” It normally starts at around two weeks old and goes away at approximately three to four months.

The fashion stylist, who used to be known for her partying days and drama, now says she enjoys just getting to have a moment to sit down in her free time. “I am very limited when it comes to time to myself,” Kristin said. “But honestly just sitting on the couch and having a minute alone is a luxury these days. It’s appreciated.”
