Brooke Shields has dated a lot of attractive men in her life, and in her upcoming book, There Was a Little Girl, she shares stories about many of them.
While you might think Brooke always had the upper hand and was the heartbreaker in most relationships, her book suggests differently. Brooke shared a story about her first love George Michael and explained how he broke her heart.
“As we were nearing the house, George put up the partition and turned to me. I thought oh my God I’m going to have my first time with George Michael in the back of a limo. I gazed at George and puckered my lips. He looked deep into my eyes and said, ‘I think we need to take a break. I need to concentrate on my career.’ I was devastated,” she recalls in the book.
Brooke would go on to love many other men in her life and although she may have thought she would lose her virginity to Michael, that actually wouldn’t happen until she was 22 and met Dean Cain while attending Princeton.
“He was incredibly and painfully patient with me regarding sex,” she said of Cain. “We were always holding hands and trying to find ways to be alone and kiss, but poor guy, I made him wait and wait.”

Brooke also talks about some of her other celebrity boyfriends and dates, including Michael Jackson, Liam Neeson and Andre Agassi.
While Brooke may have had her fair share of heartthrobs in the past, she finally settled down and is now married to Chris Henchy and has two daughters.
Her book also touches on other sensitive topics, including growing up with an alcoholic and abusive mother.
