Terry Bradshaw has decided to sell his ranch.

Bradshaw has lived at the Circle 12 Ranch, named for his jersey number when he played for the Pittsburgh Steelers, located in Thackerville, for the past 14 years, and during that time he has raised hogs, cattle, and horses. However, he is ready to downsize, and has listed the property with a whopping $10.8 million price tag.

“He built this from the ground up. I mean, this was just a bunch of barb wire fencing. He just wanted it as a weekend getaway and then ended up moving up here,” co-broker Angie Nelson said.

“We’ve already had a lot of activity on it,” she added. “We’re getting people out of Dallas because of the proximity. It’s only an hour north of Dallas. We’re getting people out of Oklahoma City.”

According to KTEN, the ranch features “8,600 sq. ft., six bedroom, eight bath western-style home” and “comes with an outdoor living space that has a kitchen, fire pit and bar.” There are also two additional residences located on the property. “Plenty of homes out here for their in-laws and outlaws and everybody else,” Nelson said.

Along with several man-made lakes and ponds, the property has 744 acres with 74 stalls for horses, offices, and an arena.

If you are interested in the property, you must be pre-qualified for the $10.8 million. If not, you are not even eligible for a showing.
