Lauren Graham fans will be thrilled to learn that their girl has landed a new gig to follow Parenthood as the series winds down its run.
The Gilmore Girls alum is certainly busy. Between wrapping up Parenthood, set to star in Matthew Perry’s upcoming remake of The Odd Couple and plans to turn her debut novel, Someday, Someday Maybe, into a pilot possibly named Unfamous, Graham has her hands full with the addition of this new NBC development deal.
The proposed half-hour comedy, Kate on Later, will star Graham as Kate, “a woman breaking into the man-dominated world of late-night talk shows,” according to Us Weekly.
If all goes well and according to plan, Graham will not only act on the show, but will write, and be an executive producer on the show as well.
