Khloe Kardashian reportedly posted a photo to Instagram this week showing a positive pregnancy test with the teaser caption, “Who’s pregnant?”

The reality star later deleted the photo, but the news that either she or Kim–who has been trying for baby number two with Kanye West–might be with child has swarmed the web. In a new promo for Keeping Up With The Kardashians, Khloe is seen with a shocked look on her face when an anonymous hand holds up a positive pregnancy test, and while it may seem obvious who the lucky mama is, keep in mind that those promos are meant to drum up press. In short, anything could happen.

Kim has admitted to having fertility issues and said when she was pregnant with her daughter, North, she didn’t think it was possible for her to conceive.

“It’s kind of a miracle that I even got pregnant. Khloé has been very open about her fertility issues and I think I was always really kind of quiet about mine, and I have similar issues,” Kim said last year on the Today show.

Indeed, she is seen in the promo at the doctor’s office having a procedure done, and the doctor mentions that if she wants to have another child, it needs to happen soon.

“We want to see another pregnancy some time soon,” the doctor says.
