At 45 years old, actress Jennifer Aniston still looks amazing. And it is because of that that the Friends star is featured on the cover of InStyle’s February 2015 issue. In the cover story, Aniston dishes about her thoughts on beauty and body image, as well as how she maintains her looks.

Aniston tells the magazine, “Blasphemy, I know. I never ate pasta. I’ve been allowing myself a lot more in the past few years. Which does make it harder to lose those last few pounds. But you have to live. And so what? You go up a size. What’s the big deal?”

She also spilled some of her beauty secrets which, as it turns out, are not quite secret at all. “I just take care of my skin, eat well, exercise,” Aniston said. The actress professed to be a fan of non-invasive beauty treatments. She says, “And I love lasers and [other noninvasive treatments like] Thermage [radio frequency] and Ultherapy [ultrasound]. I also like a good microcurrent facial.” However, she admits she is not a fan of Botox and other forms of plastic surgery. “People lose perspective. I look around and see how bad plastic surgery and injections can really kick you in the ass.”

Aside from her beauty tips, Aniston, who’s been getting rave reviews for her performance in Cake, also opened up about her relationship with actor/writer Justin Theroux.

“If I haven’t gotten wiser about relationships, then I should be kicked out of life school because I’ve had some really good training,” Aniston joked, referring to her very public split with Brad Pitt.

Aniston added that the couple are already planning their upcoming nuptials. “There’s a big discussion in our house right now: Do you just do it and say screw it? Or do you try desperately to get away with [a secret ceremony] where you don’t have any fun because you’re hiding in a cave somewhere,” Aniston said. “If we could do it without all the buzzing and the noise… It can be done. Where there’s a will there’s a way.”
