Bruce Jenner reportedly blames the fatal accident he was involved in on the driver who was killed. He believes Kim Howe, a neighbor of the Keeping Up With the Kardashians family in Calabasas, California, was at fault.
According to a report from TMZ, Jenner says Kim Howe suddenly slammed on the brakes of her white Lexus, and there was no way he could have avoided hitting her.
Law enforcement officials apparently haven’t yet drawn a conclusion as to whom is responsible for the fatal crash. The law states that drivers should always leave enough room between them and the car in front of them in case something like this tragedy takes place. So far their investigation shows that Kim Howe was driving with a drivers license that expired back in 2007.

Bruce Jenner is still under investigation, too. Since the accident, he has been spotted driving 56 miles per hour in a 50 mile per hour zone. He was driving a gray and red Porsche at the time. Authorities are still scouring his cell phone records to see if he was either on the phone or texting at the time of the accident that killed Kim Howe. He was seen talking on a cell phone while driving a red Ford Fiesta on Tuesday.

Is Bruce Jenner pointing the finger at a dead woman when he might have been responsible for taking her life? What kind of sentence might that carry if it is in fact determined that Bruce Jenner was at fault?
The ex-husband of Kris Jenner and dad and stepdad of the Keeping Up With the Kardashians gang is still planning his tell-all interview with Diane Sawyer, regarding his transition from a man to a woman, and the upcoming docu-series that will highlight that process. He has admitted, however, that the interview will now be delayed in light of the fatal car accident.
Filming for Keeping Up With the Kardashians has also been put on hold, as well, pending the investigation.
