Candace Cameron Bure, Andrea Barber, and Jodie Sweetin have all been confirmed to star in the Netflix original Fuller House, a spinoff of the hit sitcom Full House.

John Stamos gave the exclusive to Jimmy Kimmel on Monday night, saying he and the original producers have been working for years to get a show together that was “just right”. Stamos will produce and guest star, while Bure, Barber, and Sweetin will return to their old roles as D.J. Tanner, Kimmy Gibbler, and Stephanie Tanner, respectively. Bob Saget , the Olsen twins, Lori Loughlin, and Dave Coulier have not been confirmed, but Stamos says the show will focus on D.J.–a recent widow–and her three boys. From the sound of it, grown-up D.J. may be living in the original San Francisco house that the family lived in together.

“It’s sort of a role reversal, and we turn the house over to her,” Stamos told Kimmel.

Fans of the original show have been clamoring for a reunion for years and got a partial one in 2013. Stamos says there will be a reunion that flows into a spinoff for Netflix.

“As big fans of the original Full House, we are thrilled to be able to introduce Fuller House’s new narrative to existing fans worldwide, who grew up on the original, as well as a new generation of global viewers that have grown up with the Tanners in syndication,” said Cindy Holland, Vice President of Original Content for Netflix.

For Bure and Barber, the show will only be a reunion while the cameras are around; the duo have maintained a close friendship since the show ended in 1995.
