Courtney Stodden has apparently agreed to release a solo sex tape for charity.
Courtney Stodden, who the wife of Doug Hutchison, says she is planning to donate the entire fee from the tape to charities instead of keeping the money for herself.
According to TMZ, Courtney Stodden inked a deal with Vivid Entertainment to distribute the solo sex tape.
Steven Hirsch, the company’s president, told the news outlet that the video came to the company from a third party. However, Hirsch said he didn’t know if the third party knew Courtney Stodden or not.
Initially, Courtney Stodden sent a legal letter to Hirsch, claiming she would take legal action if the tape distributed without her
permission.

“I want my tape back and Mr. Hirsch needs to respond to my attorney’s demand letter to return it to me immediately,” Stodden said in a statement to FOX411 last Thursday.
“My private video’s not for sale. I don’t need the million dollars,” she said.

Courtney Stodden told TMZ that the alleged third party may be one of her best friends. She claimed that her close friend stole the video and had made several copies of it, adding that the friend would “stop at nothing to double-cross me.”
She finally agreed to release the tape because “I’ve been painted into a corner.”
Although Courtney Stodden has yet to specify to which charities she will donate the proceeds from the sex tape, she hinted that she might give some funds for animal rights and “children with cancer.”
